-Plenty of OT available for extra income

Cons

-Mandatory OT ALL the time. It is an expectation that because they lay you decent money, you should devote your life to this company. -HR lies about pay promotion timelines. -Upper level management hides behind front line supervisors when they make decisions that negatively affect employees lives. -Constant call outs due to burnt out employees.
