You are out in the plant the majority of the time so if you aren't looking to be outside its not the place for you.

Good salary, benefits and great working environment, with lots of opportunities to learn a lot about chemical and petrochemical process.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunities for growth as an engineer. braskem has a really strong hse culture, but chemical industry sites are always a bit dangerous to work at.
