Transparency - All decisions are shared with everyone; Challenges - everybody can reach good projects when they decide to invest in themselves; The company support the employees grow; There is a friendlyship environment; If you perform you may see the results.

Cons

The changes are very fast; Many leaders aren`t well prepared; There are many simultaneous programs; Few people in industrial areas.

Management was good not micromanaging. They let you do your work with minimal interruptions. Salary was great and benefits were really good. Enjoyable experience

Cons

Lots of work heaped on you with minimal help. Deadlines were quick and changed often. You just need to go with the flow.
