      Dont walk-RUN from Sprint/CBRE

      Nothing. Poor benefits for such a large company

      What a dreadful experience. If you work at Sprint you will be outsourced to CBRE if you fall under the Real Estate dept. You will be overworked, underpaid, and generally treated like a piece of garbage. Imagine working for a cell phone company but not given a phone for business purposes even though you are expected to be available 24-7-365. If you dont have one you need to pay for one and then they pick up the monthly tab, but you dont own it so you are basically buying a phone so they can overwork you!!!!!!!!Not sure what is like to work at other accounts, but the Sprint account is a horror show and should be avoided at all costs!

      Decent pay, good benefits, offices are nice.

      Cons

      Work life balance is non existent, managers are robots and all they care about is everyone doing most the work while they sit back, or work from home and not do much. HR does not care when you complain about someone.

      Great company, but did not handle pandemic well

      Some of the best brokers in the industry, and you can work up to being one. Not micromanaged, tools for success.

      Cons

      When the pandemic hit, they reduced a lot of low paid workers a percentage of their salary while higher ups didn't take much. What really got me is the third time the regional manger called us to tell us we were going another stint on pay reduction, he did not take it seriously and was cracking jokes while everyone looked upset, then just hung up. I saw some people on that call with terrible faces after that. That was my reason for leaving.
