      With growth comes change

      Pros

      CCC has good benefits and some teams are close-knit with a focus on a positive work environment.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I have observed recently that the recent growth has resulted in a cutthroat environment in at least a couple of teams.

We do want to know how our growth is impacting our employees so we can address any issues.

      Pros

      Has nice work environment. People are nice. Technology stack is relatively new. Work life balance is a plus. Some teams allow work remotely.

      Cons

      Corporate politics is definitely a downside. The upper management layer has a buddy system. High performance goals that is hard to achieve. Regularly layoff low performance people or non profit teams.

      CCC - The Old Boys Club

      Pros

      * CCC was at one time a very good company to work for. * Pay and benefits are reasonable. * Strong relationships with customers.

      Cons

      * Certainly a boys club! Forget about your earned bonus, unless you are one of the boys. * Upper management has their head in the sand. * CCC is doing well because of the dedication the employees have with customers... not because of the products. * CCC does not value employees... * Many forms of harassment are tolerated and swept under the rug...
