+ Junior staff are great (with with heart and conviction) + Offers healthy work-life balance options and flexible working

Cons

+ Many senior staff have been there too long and aren't great at their jobs, however ELT are too loyal and weak to let them go + ELT is risk averse in a way that limits CDP's potential
