      Pros

      The mission is powerful and the organization is incredibly effective. The staff is highly motivated and excited to be part of the team. Executive leadership listens and provides good feedback to staff. Excellent benefits!

      Cons

      Lack of systems in some areas, which should see some investments now. Also, some unclear decision-making in cases, but a horizontal structure keeps the organization nimble and able to go after various business opportunities.

      Has made a huge impact in its field for its size and continues to grow. Very supportive and welcoming atmosphere.

      Cons

      The pay isn't that great and nearly everyone works over 40 hours every week - though this is as much due to enthusiasm as work load.
