      Great carrer plans, feedbacks and bennefits. The company have a awesome culture and always showed interested to improve life of the imployers in and out of the companny

      Great People, interesting Projects wonderful people to work with.

      Cons

      Salary and Benefits Below Market, Job coaching and evaluations are not transparent and not as often as expected. They really are not prepared for people in the Starts for this giving the people here some disadvantages. Also layoffs happen and people can be thrown under the bus when a project goes bad.

      People work hard and have good skills.

      Please check the career opportunities, currently it's ridiculous! I'm tired to see a lot of good people going to other companies (AvenueCode, Hotmart, Squadra etc!) The human resources it's ridiculous, just a lot of people in a separated place to don't do nothing relevant to the employees. Currently CI&T looks like a company separated with the bosses (Drinking wine in campinas) and the slaves looking to a better opportunity in other companies.
