Benefits could be better. Communication between distributed teams is very challenging. Some managers use to present an arrogant behavior.

CI&T prides itself for its moto "We develop people before software", but in reality this is just propaganda. Like ANY company, they value their money first and people later. Their annual employee evaluation has many flaws, with criterias that are never clear. There's a lot of favoritism and the feedback to the high management is not appreciated. I witnessed a case where a manager said: "Even though this person is doing something wrong, we can't say anything because she's a personal friend of CTO".
