      Remote work, benefits, work-life balance

      Cons

      Coworkers aren't professional, it can be good or bad for you. No one really delivers "beyond and above". Unfortunately the company doesn't care about people as much as they state. They drop anyone without a single thought, because "it's just business". I experienced discrimination, everything is always for the main company, opportunities are extremely limited for the Canadian company. Unprofessional communication and favouritism/nepotism is very obvious if one works there.
