      depending on your project you may have to do lots of overtime you need to prove you can do a position before you get a promotion to the position

CI&T has grown quickly, especially in recent years, and while it may be challenging at times, we believe it is a core driver behind our opportunities for individual development. Some extra work may be necessary sometimes, but we try to always recognize that and keep disruptions to our personal lives at a minimum. We also have a people development process in place with the goal to constantly be developing individual's and preparing them for their next role at CI&T.
