Pros

An informal culture and great people that promote lean practices with a good HR support.

Cons

Too much propraganda about being a great place to work. It could be an amazing place to work or hell. It depends so much of your immediate manager and contract. Total compensation is not worth.

Every contract has a challenge and CI&T has invested in training programs for employees and management educational programs for managers to engage the team as much as possible. As challenges are accomplished, people's skills and knowledge increase. The consistency of people's development works in parallel with compensation. It is CI&T's vision to offer total compensation at market rates.
