      The company culture also speaks of a robust code of conduct focused on respect and ethics. Therefore, at CI&T, they trust their employees and that they will do the best for the customer and everyone related to them.

      Cons

      The European leadership is not prepared to lead, they don't trust engineers, harming their careers within the company.
