      Pros

      You can talk to anyone - there are no hierarchical barriers. The focus is on people development: opportunities for fast career advancement. I started as a developer and I am a VP now. It follows a "lean" mentality: it's constant learning - nobody is satisfied with the status quo. The company recognizes its mistakes and takes action.

      Cons

      The brand isn't globally recognized yet, so you may need to explain to your friends what it does. In some geographies there are very few employees (although growing), so you may not have 100 new colleagues immediately.

      - Lots of good, skilled and experienced people - Fast growing company, full of opportunities - Flexibility: flexible working times, home office is encouraged - Good benefits pack - Informal dress code (you don't need to wear suits in a tropical country :-)) - Amazing working atmosphere

      - Technical career plan could be improved, managing positions are much more valued internally. - Salaries could be (much, much) better - Unbalanced profit share policy - Technical recruiting process should be reviewed

      Flexible,people are smart and nice

      Cons

      welfare is not attractive to senior positions,regulation and process for HR,Financial is not well designed,for me the responsibility is not so clear.
