      - Always surrounded by international colleagues, clients - Having branches in Brazil, US, Japan, China, Argentina, genuine fast-growing global company - Not being much established, transparency is very high

      Pros

      The company is quite diverse and I don't see any discrimination. Regardless of your age or sex, there are a lot of opportunities to develop your career. You can meet and work with a lot of young, smart professionals. You will learn a lot from them. The organization is quite flat. Even top management people show a lot of respect to the rest of the company. It's hard to find arrogant people here. People give you a lot of freedom to work in peace.

      You are expected to think and act proactively. Don't wait for people to tell you what to do :)

      Simple and flat organization applying lean principle to all levels of management. The place is for people who has professional minds and willing to take chances to change their selves with the very relaxed and flexible working environment.

      Sometimes too flexible working environment!
