      Pros

      The company makes you feel comfortable to work like if you were home and it turns all pressure easier to deal with. We have an easy communication with everyone in the team.

      Cons

      It is really hard to find something that bad to expose. The badest thing to me is distance from home, but that is not the company's fault.

      * Not enough of a global mind frame. As the company continues to expand globally, the services and support provided need to adapt to new cultures and environments. * Individual benefits can improve, but the package is good.
