Integration of recent acquired company (with a different culture)

There has been no salary increase in over 2.5 years, and the bonus was negligible, barely covering a month's internet and mobile bill. The company lacks career development opportunities, and Brazil-based managers show favoritism towards local employees. There is a lot of bias and favoritism, and no clear direction on the business strategy. Externally, they present themselves as an amazing company to work for, but internally, they have fired the CHRO, who had been with the company since the beginning, and let go of many employees without providing termination packages. They claim to have good projects and positive profit, and EBITDA, but still proceed with layoffs.
