      Pros

      one of the best places to work for, you have a very healthy and. progressive environment, we share our feedback ask questions whenever we want. there is always a room for growth.

      Cons

      not so stable, once the project you're working on is finished they will do there best to get you a new project but if the can't you will be laid off. not too much benefits when to comes to remote roles.
