We’re thrilled that you’ve had a great experience at CI&T! About the attention point you brought up, we’re sorry this is happening at the moment. As for the point you raised concerns on, we’ve just released Journey, our new evaluation and career development program, which was a product of the feedback we got from our CI&Ters. To have more insight on it, you can access our Guide Center or talk to your leadership, PDM, or BP from your Growth Unit. We’re still testing it, but feel free and comfortable to bring your feedback internally so we can understand the attention points you brought. We always want to deliver the very best to our CI&Ters, therefore we’re passing this feedback forward to the responsible area to ensure this topic is revised and solved shortly. 🙂
