Business Outlook
Pros
The comunity of developers in the company is great, they are always willing to help. There is a lot of great people there, with a huge tech knowledge.
Cons
Some people on the leadership can not receive a constructive feedback. Also some projects have a huge bureaucracy system, they are even willing to lose money instead of making some steps easier. Sometimes I feel just like another 'number' to them. About the promotions, it's been over 2 years that they are delaying the promotion, and everytime there's a new system that will completly renew the evaluation and will lose track of the last evaluation.
