This company is only good if you want to work there for a year and then move on. They constantly claim they have a great work enviroment where feedback is always open but once you have a comment or complaint baout someone they tend to ignore it. Managment is done by people with no training whatsoever hich makes communication and tarainings extremely confusing. There is a clear preference for Brazilians and msot of the company dies not speak English. You will be told that this company values growth but they are constantly doing layoffs with no explanaition. Also, they company has bought to many samller companies and has not been growing for 2 years now. They don´t have enough budget for many projects and if your project is over will only relocate Brazilian employees. They also "promote" diversity and inclusion but hen you look at higher roles and managment there is no diversity at all. If you want to have a stable salary for a year or 2, I would recomend this comapny but if you want to grow you should look soemwhere else.

Don't expect to make a fortune here. Many, if not all VPs and Directors have been in the company for decades, and my feeling is that they're not going anywhere, so it's a very exclusive club to get in.
