      CI&T has been a fantastic company to work for in my 5+ years here. Highlights include: - Great benefits package, including generous parental leave not often found in US companies - Flexible/remote work arrangement - A diverse and international workforce - A thoughtful and concerted approach to diversity and inclusion - The company truly values employee's personal career growth wherever that takes them. I myself have had the opportunity to work for several departments within the company during my time here ,with much support from leadership - Exciting client projects and innovative technology - A healthy culture of continuous improvement and openness to finding new ways to do things in ever evolving times
