Mostly a great place to work, with some great individuals.

Cons

The culture was a little bit tense at times. Relationships between departments were often strained, especially between maintenance, engineering, and production.

All staff were friendly and welcoming and made you feel part of a team. Everyone was willing to help out to ensure you felt comfortable. Also got some free chocolate from time to time.
