      Pros

      Market Leader in Chocolates - Targets & Growths never an issue... Very strong in systems and processes. Highly data oriented - even outlet level sales can be tracked anytime. The team members and various functions are usually quite friendly, supportive and helpful. In my times, the bosses were EXCELLENT. Everyone was a gentleman / lady, the company culture was very nice. (Of-late, am hearing a rumor that this has gone for a toss.) Distributors are majorly stable, though some corrections have been happening of-late.

      Cons

      Lags behind in small toffee / candy / bubblegum. But the company has high hopes for those. Same with Bournvita, Oreo and Tang. Acute stock issues in high selling products. So everyone will push one to achieve targets with slow moving lines.

      service oriented and training based job

      low salary and more over same salary to both UG and PG graduated employees. no office for technical executives immediate decisions regarding office meeting without prior intimations to the executives. No difference between an Under Graduate degree employee and a Masters degree employee
