Pros

nice people to work with. Work and life balance has been respected. People usually will stay there for many years without moving around.

Cons

Pros

- Great fun to work on products that consumers love (everyone is always jealous when they find out). - Great collegiate vibe overall between teams and departments. - Generous salaries and financials compared to the market.

Cons

- Training and development opportunities not formalised. - Parochial feel in Australia - Many restructures in Australia in the last few years, leading to a "here we go again" mentality and diminishing enthusiasm for the job. - No transparency in promotions
