Pros

Large multinational corporation. Investments in technology, manufacturing equipment, on the leading edge in some business units. Large push into technology the past several years.

Cons

Training is non existent. Many people running around using industry terms, but no one knows what they are doing. Long work hours and inconsistent leadership. Business Units are decentralized from corporate and the loose connection impacts communications. Pay is below industry averages for similar jobs. If you have other career options - don't pick this one.
