Provide a great service and product. Get to have conversations with professors.

Cons

Heavy micromanaging. Everything is presented as a tool to help us in our job but it’s really to monitor everything we do. It isn’t a results based recognition as much as a check every box with busy work to show you are working. This is more of a corporate environment and not a private company feel.
