Pros

Colleagues are passionate about the work and the mission. People are warm, encouraging, collaborative and genuine. The work itself is innovative and collaborative. People are opened to new ideas.

Cons

There is a lack of alignment among teams. Sales is incentivized to give the customer what they ask for. Engineering just wants to get it done. It's a challenging environment for user experience.
