No value placed on non-managerial employees. Work expectation grows continuously without additional compensation or recognition. Rampant managerial favoritism, allowing favored employees opportunities regardless of suitability to position. A Human Resource Department/employees who are more concerned with company image then assisting with employee issues presented. Company wide inability to disseminate necessary information.
