I really enjoyed the type of work I did. Subject matter varied a great deal which kept it interesting.

Cons

They had a seat of your pants approach with new technology. I don't mind that so much but there could have been more initial support. Kept changing our job description. Again, change is not unexpected but it was constant. Way too many meetings.

Cengage has a large and organized sales staff of friendly and knowledgeable regional workers. Many members of leadership have been there a long time and really know what they're doing.

Cons

When I was there, the department was in a state of flux. It has been stable and organized for some time now.
