Pros
As other reviewers indicate, those in the trenches at Cengage, such as myself for nearly 30 years, are great, and the company's mission is noble. They truly care about the learning community and do make a difference in the lives of learners of all ages.
Cons
Management = Clueless. Constant reorgs. Lack of transparency. The bottom line, Cengage mid-management is not valued, and career development for people transitioning to new roles is practically non-existent in recent years.
