Business Outlook
Pros
I worked at CL for more than 20 years. All reviews were extremely high. These were some of the best years of my life. I built strong friendships/relationships. I built a very strong department with good work ethics.
Cons
The worker bees were never paid what they deserved. They're on the front line getting beat up, and then beaten down by their managers because they're expected to remember so much. Unfortunately, the constant reorganizations of this company hit me. I was devastated but am so glad I am no longer a part of this company.
