7yIt’s somewhat unclear whether you personally valued your work experience while at Cengage or if you felt valued for your work experience. I sincerely hope both are true. By extension, I hope it is clear that we value our employees. Our employees are the reason we can create affordable, quality learning materials for students. We can hire, grow and retain those great employees – who are revolutionizing higher education via our Cengage Unlimited subscription service – because we are profitable. Profitability allows us to invest hundreds of millions into educational materials, software development - and people, at scale. Cengage supports 5,000 employees and therefore about 5,000 families. Social mission is in the fabric of what we do. A sense of mission is always evident in the people we hire. That said, I wish you good luck elsewhere for your next opportunity.
