Pros

- Great People - Good Pay/Benefits - Bonuses - Relaxed Atmosphere - Lots of Potential for Growth - Work/Life Balance is the best I have experienced

Cons

- Blackout Periods during "Rush" = Whenever new semesters start for 4+ weeks (depending on the department) you cannot take vacations days or personal days off. Outside of those days, management will approve just about any other time off request.

Cengage is always putting it's people and it's stakeholders, students, above everything else. They see the value in not only what they are creating to help students learn and how important it is, but how equally important the people who help create the products are.

Cons

Limited cons, everyone really works together as a team and is always supportive.
