      Very great place to work but can be shaky

      Pros

      Great people. Fun, but productive atmosphere.

      Cons

      Things can change all the time! Re-orgs happen all the time and people can lose their jobs out of nowhere. A new VP can come in and want to make their "mark" and decide that the whole place needs to be re-organized. It has happened 6 times in 6 years so even though this place is a great place to work, things can change very quickly and you will have to deal with the fact your role will probably change while you are there.

      They've done a fabulous job of recruiting talent and there are a lot of smart people that are trying to turn the company around.

      Cons

      Lack of clear direction from executives. Company trying to find it's place in the learning space. Company hasn't figured out how to use technology to their advantage yet.
