      Pros

      Discounted yoga classes once a week. The Boston location has a shuttle from South Station and one from North Station. There is a workout room and a cafe on the first floor of the building. The medical/dental benefits are decent. Management holds meetings to keep employees updated on major decisions.

      Cons

      The pay is fairly low. There is an opportunity to give feedback on upper-level management, but not directly on one's supervisor.

      Pros

      Great people, interesting and fulfilling work, ability to connect with many people. Job flexibility is great if you have the right manager. Lots of opportunity for movement within departments or into other areas.

      Cons

      Some people in lower management positions are not qualified.There are multiple layers of management in some groups, and a shortage of people to actually do the work. Not moving fast enough to deal with a changing market landscape.
