I joined the Monterey office as a Senior Graphic Designer, it'll be 2 years in March. Since day one, it's been a pleasure working here with very smart, talented people. Every department works really well together which makes the communication and the work successful. Every project has its bumps but it's how you work together to figure out a solution. I will miss this place the day I leave.

Cons

An opportunity opened at the office and I didn't get it. If I didn't have a chance or if it looked like it was going to be offered to someone else, it would've been nice to have known instead it felt a bit misleading.
