Pros

Some of the pros at Cengage are that you get a fair amount of vacation time, great benefits, nice paychecks, and best of all the staff here really makes you feel like family.

Cons

I think the biggest thing about Cengage that I will never understand is that you have to schedule sick time, and if you don't, it counts against you. I don't know about you, but I have no idea when I'm going to get sick.

Pros

Working at NGL has been a positive experience. From the moment I was hired, I have felt welcomed and supported. I know that if I have any questions, I can rely on anyone around me to offer their insight. Working here has exposed me to opportunities that I never thought I would have: traveling for work, giving presentations to teachers, and conducting professional development days with authors. It's a great place to be.

Cons

While teams are encouraged to work together, sometimes they feel very seperate. However, I suppose I can take it upon myself to bridge the gap.
