Pros
Before the divestment it was the sense of community. You knew you were valued and you knew your opinions mattered. There are still pockets of excellence and if you find them you can become a part of something that brings value to education.
Cons
Since the divestiture from Thomson the company has lost its appreciation of internal talent and knowledge. Currently, they are putting out fires and have lost focus on strengthening the core of the business. If they could slow down they would se the fires diminish and the business flourish.
