You are totally disposable. Don't be fooled by the comment form HR at the bottom of every poor review. There's no exit interview or interest in why you've decided to leave. This has b Targets are totally unrealistic and change all the time. If you can survive on your base then only see commission as a very rare bonus and not reflecting what you're making the company. I am actively looking to leave and know plenty of friends across the business are too.

Resourceful and a lot of good publications

Cons

Over-work the most intelligent people, nepotism, BFF clubs, some very stupid people work there that probably didn't even finish college. They hire a lot of young inexperienced and immature kids and pay them pennies. Every week there's at least 4 of the experienced people leaving due to being fed-up. Ask anyone what they think of the company and the look says it all.

The salaries are very low, no promotions even if you've been there for 3/4+ years, pay rises are pathetic, you're constantly belittled, with managers micromanaging you and criticising everything, the building is falling apart, all staff perks taken away to 'save money', the water always stops working.. I could go on.
