Pros

Chipotle has a fun atmosphere, teached you to work with fresh ingredients and recipes, You spend a lot of time prepping and learning to increase your cooking skills, free food on days you work and 50% on days off, flexible scheduling, managers treat employees with respect

Cons

Heavy lifting is a frequent part of the job, it is standing only for the entire shift with the exception of half hour break, difficult to be promoted because of the need to be validated by the crew, the general manager, and the district area manager, high turnover rate for employees not dedicated to hard work
