Pros

Great Hours (if you want them). Great People/ Culture. Amazing opportunities to move up. Every manager or almost all of them were crew once. I've only been working here for 5 months and some change and I'm already in my second week of training to become a kitchen manager.

Cons

To be entirely honest, it's a hard job. It requires a lot, and I mean a lot of sacrifice, and more importantly you have to be able to handle a lot of stress. Cuts and bruises everywhere. Everything at this store is SHARP! You don't get any time to breath. Although you get a 30-min paid break, while actually working you just have to keep going.
