Pros

Great food discount (100% off every work day). Generous breaks and they always make sure you take your full break.

Cons

The experience does not translate into cashier experience. Crew members are the people who scoop food and roll burritos and it's just not valuable second work experience. When I quit I couldn't use it on my resume since it wasn't cashier experience. Don't recommend.

Worked as area manager

Pros

Got hired in from outside as an Area Manager, had previous experience in multi unit management. Food vision is fantastic, and Steve Ells is an amazing visionary.

Cons

Very poor training for outside hires. Worked at several restaurants in Columbus for training and was trained at stores that were struggling just to keep afloat. That's not a good training environment.
