I've always enjoyed working in customer support because I feel that I'm able to build strong and lasting bonds with customers by being clear and transparent with them and providing them with excellent customer service. In this position I felt like my role left me unable to treat customers well leaving me in an impossible position --did i want to do my job well and treat customers badly, or did i want to treat customers badly and do my job well? For me it was easy, I quit in 2 months.
