Honestly, I would not recommend this company to anyone. I met a lot of great people but my role was a joke. They are rapidly expanding in Montana which is the new call center for sales and there is no strategic approach. The commission structure is actually absurd. In my department, so many managers and teammates have quit during my tenure so that is a huge red flag. The opportunity for growth is limited, they will tell you the there is so much potential but there really was not. Again, there was some great people but I cannot tell you the amount of times walking in the hallways and exchanging a smile or a hello and people do nothing! The company is growing rapidly especially in international expansion but there is a lot on the home front that needs to be taken care of first.

A major disconnect between departments. No communication between marketing/engineering/CX/accounts/etc. There will be price changes in the monthly memberships or promotion changes without any sort of communication. Work life balance is minimal. People take advantage of the snacks where I saw employees hover over the poor delivery guys while they were mid-stocking. No sense of connection or community within the company; high turnover rate.
