Great people. CP employs high achieving, interesting, intelligent people that are well-balanced and caring. Employees are encouraged to own work and go after the challenges that are interesting to them. Meaningful initiatives are resourced without friction. Good work is rewarded over face time. Casual, fun start up environment. Great Perks (cool office, free fitness classes, flexible hours, fun company events, unlimited vacation) Company is doing well and is the industry leading "disrupter"

Cons

Standard startup stuff - lack of bureaucracy/formalized company standards can lead to some messy meetings and inefficiencies.

- free classpass is nice in nyc - vacation is technically unlimited

Cons

-salaries are not competitive for anyone who isn't c-level -mgmt is fairly rudderless. they bring in a bunch of high level folks with sexy backgrounds and tout how they are going to change this or that. then most of those folks end up being lackluster. then they bring in more senior folks and it's unclear who does what. - clicky environment. there is an element to the non-tech staff that is kinda holier than thou about working out and health and what not.
