Laid off 50% of staff virtually in the most impersonal way possible

benefits- you get free workouts and massages

Cons

Your typical corporate startup, they act like it's "one big happy family" but the pressure to be pushy and sell is intense, and the second that corona hit, they laid off half the staff via a zoom call with everyone's mics muted. People who had worked there for years never got a thank you, a=everyone was just called into a meeting muted, then computers started getting wiped from the inside out.

Cons

People don’t leave companies, they leave managers, right? Well sometimes they leave because of their managers AND because of the company culture that allows incompetent managers to flourish, despite some seriously not okay behaviors that are exhibited. All while patting themselves on the back for being SUCH an INCLUSIVE company. *hard eye roll*
