Pros
The people on the team are great and always supportive. Good benefits.
Cons
The culture has turned incredibly toxic in the last 6 months. They changed the compensation structure so you have to work harder to make less and you are rewarded for hitting goals by them saying oh we didn’t set the goals high enough and making changes so you have to do more to succeed. There’s very little support from the top and poor trickle down of information. Trainings are mandatory and repetitive and take time away from activities that could be earning you commission, which often feels intentional. Very clear the company is failing and doesn’t know what to do.
