      You can work out for free, on a flexible basis

      Cons

      - zero growth - poor management - the scrappiness of a start up allows little room for you to say anything but just do as told. - the pay and commission structure is a bit ridiculous. - the sales team is more of call center than a strategic base for the company.

      Pros

      Most employees are great people, probably the best employer in Missoula if you're there. People generally like the product.

      Cons

      Toxic culture from the top down with blatant dishonesty from the CEO who regularly equates the company with Google and hints at unrealistic stock prices to keep people motivated. Head of people left in less than a year. HR has no power to improve working conditions and morale is low.

      Pros

      The people at ClassPass are hard working, dedicated, fun, and care about making a difference in the world. Fun ways to get involved like team events and training programs, and lots of room to grow your career if you make the most of your time.

      Cons

      The pace at ClassPass is not for everyone, you have to really care about the work to make it worthwhile. But if you do find it meaningful, it's the best experience and you'll get something out of it.
