Pros

Unlimited PTO - that you usually can't take because the OKR's are unattainable.

Cons

- Very low pay. They cut the commission pay 3x in 2024, while increasing okr's - CFO Brian Fields - he just laid off 30% of the domestic sales force including the inbound team. Inbound team is now based out of the US. Brian's formula is in 2024 to reduce commission while receiving the same output. Then in 2025, he laid off 30% of payroll expense to show growth. This is to balloon the stock for IPO next year. He did the same at Groupon January 2023. - OKR's were so aggressive that 3 out of 8 team members hit OKR each month. When you don't hit your OKR you make < 2k a month in commission - I once interviewed for a promotion and a week after the interview, I was informed there's no actual position available due to lack of funding. - zero support for live partners. Support is outsourced and they provide generic links to live partners, instead of helping their unique issue.

Pros

The individual people are great - managers are hit or miss- Margo is the best

Cons

The pay is insanely low, you make no commission unless making or exceeding quota. Quota is next to impossible to hit bc a) the metrics keep changing, b) they took inbounds away and created an inbound team, c) they over saturated the SDRs so there’s a 20:1 ratio of AEs to SDRs so it’s hard to get leads from SDRs, c) the leads that are given are so overworked that you either don’t speak to anyone, or they tried CP in the past and hated it or they don’t take us seriously bc they notice the high turnover. Every other month they get bombarded by a new rep. The managers are mostly terrible - I would say Margo Lydia and Jonathan are great but the others are cliquey, arrogant and unhelpful. The base salary is ~$40k-$45k depending on where you live and with very little chance of making commission, it’s not a livable wage. I have never been so stressed out and miserable in a job as I have working for this company- which is wild considering it’s an”health and wellness/fitness”’company. I would urge everyone to stay away

Pros

Fun team Can go take classes as part of work if you can ever get a meeting some fun work trips remote option

Cons

Lied about salary to start came in offering only hourly $25,000 below initial offer Horrible comp plan and commissions plan MUST HIT 10 Deals or more to get 1$ of commissions They provide extra support to those hitting certain goals which doesn't help those in difficult territories or just starting You have to first, sift through a bunch of garbage accounts they give you, making it seem like you have a lot. 99% of them are bad, or hate ClassPass already. The people you call usually already know about ClassPass and know very strongly they do not want to use it or have already tried. Onboarding does not onboard the client right so there are issues for the client from the beginning. Then support doesn't support them making the client/partner hate us more We can't negotiate rates which deters many potential clients We low ball the partner/client only offering 30% of a new person sent in. They also don't pay the partner on many occasions because they offer users free classes and trials.
